Jack Pine Stables relies on grants and generous donations to continue its work. While lesson fees help, they cover only a small portion of our yearly costs. These expenses include the ongoing care of our horses—such as hay, feed, farrier and veterinary services, and specialized training—as well as instructor and coach development and the maintenance and replacement of rider safety equipment.
We are also actively developing our new location in Akeley, transforming 40 acres of donated land into a fully functional horse farm to support our program. This effort includes building essential infrastructure such as fencing, water and electrical systems, a hay shed, shelters, an arena, and a barn.
